Accenture Buys Lexta Accenture (NYSE: ACN) acquired Lexta, a Berlin, Germany-based consulting firm specialized in IT benchmarking and IT sourcing advisory. The amount of the deal was not disclosed. Lexta brings a proven track record in technology consulting services helping clients select the right solutions and vendors for their IT strategy. Headquartered in Berlin with additional offices in Düsseldorf, London, and Zurich, Lexta’s team of more than 60 professionals joined Accenture’s Technology Strategy & Advisory group.
