Deal bears some similarity with GreenTec's investment in Legafrik 25/11/2021 Legaltech platform Hekouky has received pre-seed funding from Nama Ventures. The Egyptian startup offers a one-stop shop for company incorporation and trademark registration. It was founded by trio Hala Riad, Mayy Abdelbary and Fatima Khalil. The investment by Nama bears similarities with GreenTec’s investment in Legafrik , an Ivorian online legal platform that was expanding across the OHADA region—an area made up of seventeen West and Central African countries that have the same corporate law and implementing institutions.
