National Commerce Corporation Announces Closing of Merger with Landmark Bancshares, Inc.

(“Landmark”), the parent company of First Landmark Bank, headquartered in Marietta, Georgia, with and into NCC. In connection with the transaction, First Landmark Bank also merged with and into NBC.
