Here's what you should know: 1. CRH developed a monitored anesthesia care program between Lake Washington Anesthesia and Kirkland-based Puget Sound Gastroenterology. CRH had an option to acquire a majority of Lake Washington Anesthesia if the program was successful. 2. This is CRH's first acquisition in Washington. 3. Lake Washington Anesthesia has $5.2 million in projected 2018 revenue. The practice is EBITDA and cash flow positive. 4. CRH CEO Edward Wright said, "Today, we are pleased to exercise our option to acquire a majority ownership in the anesthesia practice and expand our footprint to the state of Washington.
