The filing cites estimated assets of $100,001 to $500,000 and liabilities of $500,001 to $1 million. The creditors with the largest unsecured claims are the Civil Enforcement Division, owed $350,000; Anthony Mea, owed $216,000; and Change Capital, owed $130,000. The American restaurant filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection March 6. The filing cites estimated assets and liabilities of $1,000,001 to $10 million. The creditors with the largest unsecured claims are FSI, owed $134,000; Cooling Guard, owed $98,000; and Berkley Luxury Group, owed $49,255. STOCK TRANSACTIONS Blackrock (BLK-N) COO Rob Goldstein sold 5,133 shares of common stock March 4 for $443 per share in a transaction worth $2,273,919. He now holds 43,482 shares. Sotheby’s (BID-N) Kevin Delaney, senior vice president and chief accounting officer, sold 2,921 shares of common stock March 6 for $40.54 per share in a transaction worth $118,417. He now holds no shares. REAL ESTATE RETAIL  Crunch renewed its 26,450-square-foot lease at 1385 Broadway. Trattoria Atto nabbed 8,000 square feet, including a roof deck, in the Tuscany Hotel, 120 E. 39th St. The asking rent for the 15-year lease was $150 per square foot. Meridian Capital Group represented the landlord, St. Giles Hotels, and the tenant. COMMERCIAL  HanesBrands agreed to take 36,293 more square feet at 260 Madison Ave. The company will occupy 96,398 square feet in total once it moves out of offices at 16 E. 34th St. CBRE represented the landlord, Sapir Organization. The asking rent for the 10-year deal was in the high $60s per square foot. JLL and Colliers International brokered for the tenant. The Carlyle Group took an additional 32,592 square feet at 1 Vanderbilt. The private-equity firm will lease a total of 127,744 square feet. The asking rent for the 15-year lease was $135 to $160 per square foot. JLL brokered for the tenant. CBRE represented the landlord, SL Green Realty. Uber expanded by 14,300 square feet at 1400 Broadway. It now occupies almost 50,000 square feet. The asking rent for the 10-year lease was around $62 per square foot.
