Partnership Strengthens National Presence of Integrated Government Software Solutions Provider January 14, 2013 12:10 PM Eastern Standard Time PORTLAND, Ore.--( BUSINESS WIRE )-- Springbrook Software announced today the acquisition of KVS Information Systems, Inc , of Williamsville, New York, a leading provider of software solutions to local governments in the nation’s Northeast region. “This is a great opportunity to strengthen our national presence and competitiveness in regional markets,” said Springbrook CEO Steve Rementeria. “As a result of this transaction, our portfolio has grown to include more than 700 clients from coast to coast.” The partnership between Springbrook and KVS will provide local governments across the United States with world-class integrated software products for finance, utility billing and Springbrook’s new cloud-based ERP solution for local governments — the first of its kind. “We are very excited to include KVS’s tax products to our core offerings, as this will make Springbrook an even more attractive option in many geographic regions,” added Rementeria.
