The new collection combines energy and endless passion for football together with creativity. It draws inspiration from Puma’s football heritage and past the founder and designer of KidSuper – Colm Dillanewho used to be a football player himself. KidSuper Studios It is an art collective based in New York. This group combines streetwear culture with new art, music and sports. CooperationPuma x KidSuper Studios it’s all about combining the love, passion and team spirit of football with the uniqueness and energy of the art world. “Collaboration with the Puma brand was very natural for me, I have always looked for inspiration in football for all my products,” said Colm Dillane. *“What inspired me the most in this collection was the history of Puma. The image of Brazilian soccer player Pelé winning the World Cup in Puma soccer cleats simply cannot be matched. I want to create a brand that can have the same positive impact on iconic moments. *” Retro with a typical origin touch The collaboration stands out with its retro design, pastel colors, bold prints and an aesthetic that is typical of KidSuper Studios. Key pieces include trainers, jackets, sweatshirts and more. The footwear from this collection has an “unfinished” look thanks to the prominent seams and the acknowledged foam sole. Retro pastel colors together with prints, drawings and embroidery make sneakers from the Puma x KidSuper Studios collection indispensable pieces of your shoe collection. You can look forward to silhouettes such as the Puma Style Rider, Nitefox, Cell Dome Sock, Oslo City and Wilo, which come enhanced by the hand of KidSuper Studios. Animated series To promote the release of the collection, KidSuper Studios created a short animated series in collaboration with Puma called “Scram”. The series includes7 episodefeaturing stars such asUsain Bolt, Héctor Bellerín, Jessie Reyez, Meechy Darko, Lolo Zouai, West Side Gun and Lil Tecca. Together they tell the story of three New York children and their adventures in this amazing city. Their lives suddenly change when they discover a secret laboratory, as they unknowingly gain superpowers. The series premiered in late September on the KidSuper Studios YouTube channel. Where can you buy pieces from the collection? Products from the collection are available on puma.com from the end of September 2020.
