Holton Studios is a 32-unit development at Holton-le-Clay, with long-time village-based business owners the Hendry family behind it. Hendry Electrical and Jonathan Hendry Architects remain resident in an existing building on Holton Business Park, with the first speculatively built phase – featuring six units – now being marketed. And the expertise from both elements shines through, with the light, airy space created by the vaulted ceilings and maximised daylight, backed up by state-of-the-art cctv, fibre broadband, lighting and data points throughout. Of the design, he said: “We are trying to create an area where the car isn’t the main focus, with a communal garden space in the middle, and covered walkway around, it can be explored on foot. It is a developing business park, with the expansion of Peacefield coming together, this adds to a really nice business park.” Trevor said the location benefited from easy access, with the village location meaning traffic goes against the grain at peak times.
