CMS Belgium advised Ecclesia Group on the deal. Ecclesia Group, the German parent company of Concordia, acquired Antwerp based insurance broker Kegels & Van Antwerpen. Through this acquisition Ecclesia becomes the fifth largest independent insurance broker in Belgium. The team that assisted Ecclesia included Vincent Dirckx (Picture), Candice Kunkera and Wen Yuan Li (Corporate), Arnout Vaninbroukx (Tax) and Benoît Vandervelde (Insurance Regulatory).
