About IT4Teens
It’s the vision of IT4Teens to empower and equip young ones form deprived areas to achieve greater dreams through ICT.It is an after school project where children from age 8 and above and the youth work with adult mentors to sharpen their IT skills from introduction to computers to general graphic designing, programming, mobile application development, website designing, hardware and networking for FREE.Special attention is given to School Drop-outs where they undergo comprehensive ICT training with the aim of giving them employable skills. Members are put into different age categories which boost peer to peer learning and a great way to ensure proper communication.IT4Teens has a dedicated and enthusiastic team committed to the provision of an enabling environment and also creating a platform for young people not only to learn but also to be able to express, share and explore their ICT ideas through support and encouragement.IT4Teens also operates in the Public Schools.
