Clarity Informatics provides compliance and HR software solutions to primary care healthcare professionals and organizations, including GPs, GP practices, primary care networks, and integrated care systems. Clarity assessment software is used in 80% of all UK GPs, and TeamNet compliance and shared software is used in 60%. The company’s diagnostic and treatment guidance tools are used monthly by nearly 50% of NHS clinical professionals. This is Agilio Software’s fourth acquisition in the past year. The company is backed by August Equity, a private-equity fund that invested in the Agilio Group by acquiring Code, a compliance and HR software provider for the dental market, in 2019. Last June, Agilio added Isopharm. Isopharm is an online continuous professional development for the dental market and a provider of validation and testing software for various healthcare providers.
