Mr. Donohue is a co-founder and General Partner of .406 Ventures, a Boston-based venture capital firm. Prior, Mr. Donohue was a founding General Partner of Arcadia Partners, a fund focused on investments in tech-enabled education companies and a founding investor in BIA.
Mr. Donohue has also served as a Principal at Foster Management Company and as a Director for Booz Allen Hamilton. Mr. Donohue holds a BS in Chemistry from Georgetown University and an MBA from Dartmouth’s Amos Tuck School of Business.
Mr. Donohue is a founding partner of Arcadia. He is currently a director of Health Dialog, Knowledge Impact, KnowledgePlanet and Access Worldwide and Chairman of Business Intelligence Advisors. He is also on the Board of Advisors of DartmouthÃ¯Â¿Â½s Tuck Center for Private Equity. </br></br>Prior to founding Arcadia, Mr. Donohue was a Principal of Foster Management Company, a private equity firm specializing in consolidating fragmented service industries undergoing structural change. Stephen Knight joined F-Prime Capital in 2003 where he serves as President and Managing Partner. He has worked in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries for over 25 years and invests broadly across healthcare. Dr. Knight also serves on the board of directors of Atalanta Therapeutics, Beam Therapeutics (NASDAQ: BEAM), Ensoma, Geneception, Genomics plc, Iora Health, Leyden Labs, Pulmocide and Sana Biotechnology. Prior to joining F-Prime Capital, he held various senior management roles in private and public biotechnology and consulting companies.
Dr. Knight was also a researcher at AT&T Bell Laboratories, the National Institutes of Health and Yale University. He holds an M.D. from the Yale University School of Medicine, an M.B.A. from the Yale School of Organization and Management and received a B.S. in biology from Columbia University, graduating summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.
