在赴日医疗机构的选择上，此前Integrity Healthcare已经与圣路加国际医院、QST医院、国立癌症研究中心东医院等多所日本顶级医疗机构合作。
而由于体检业务同重症医疗服务不同，其主要面向健康人群，所以在体检业务基础上，合资公司也相应提供行程支持服务，满足消费者的相关需求，提供全流程服务。
在体检服务中，以乳腺癌为例，目前乳腺癌在全球女性癌症中的发病率、死亡率均排名第一，可谓是女性癌症的“头号杀手” [1]，而乳腺癌能够通过早诊、早治实现治愈。世界卫生组织明确，早诊早治是提高乳腺癌治愈率的最佳途径。但是由于国内女性腺体致密，加之规范化筛查路径缺失等因素，国内乳腺癌的早期发现率尚不足20%。
目前日本体检服务中，已经有针对乳腺癌的PEM检查，其拥有良好的灵敏度及特异性，能够检测出常规检查难以捕捉的小型病灶。同乳腺钼靶检查不同，其以俯卧姿态检查，几乎不对乳房进行压迫。
谈及日本体检的优势时，武藤真祐认为，自1984年日本开始实施防癌计划起，日本在大量的体检服务和体检产生的大量数据中积累了宝贵经验，很多疾病已经可以实现早期发现早期治疗。
在重症治疗方面，武藤真祐表示，目前在中国发病率较高的肺癌、胃癌、肝癌、食道癌等恶性肿瘤中，日本患者的五年生存率明显高于中国患者[2]。
放射治疗是肿瘤治疗的三大利器之一，据放射治疗专业媒体统计，在质子重离子治疗领域，截至今年4月，日本国内质子重离子治疗中心已达23家，而目前中国国内仅有上海质子重离子医院投入使用。
同赴美医疗相比，日本医疗优势主要体现在日本每千人护士数量和病床数均高于美国，而护理服务是重症患者康复治疗中的重要一环。
此前可能由于存在语言问题及保险问题，部分日本医疗机构无法接待国外患者。但随着日本于2013年起开始大力推进国际医疗服务，推介日本医疗资源，成立赴日医疗推进委员会、建立JIH国际医院认定制度等，目前日本医疗机构在接待国际患者方面已经积累了一定经验。
“未来赴日医疗的市场规模将会随着日本政府放宽签证政策、加大医疗资源投入进一步扩大。而赴日医疗委员会未来也将协助医疗机构接待国外患者，推介医疗资源。日本目前除了引入JCI国际医院认定制度外，也制定了自身的国际医院认定制度，使得更多医疗机构在海外的知名度得以提升。”
武藤真祐同时也是日本赴日医疗推进委员会长，他认为此前日本在医疗资源的推介投入上未能达到其他国家的水平，并且囿于制度限制，即使是日本某类专科经验最丰富的医院，也无法在广告中进行体现，使得国外患者对日本的医疗资源并不熟悉。但随着政府放宽签证政策，未来市场也将会进一步放量。
谈及此次设立合资公司的考虑时，武藤真祐表示此前Integrity Healthcare已经在日本国内积累了大量高质的医疗资源，与日本国内多个顶尖医疗机构及临床医生合作。并且作为日本目前第一大远程医疗服务提供商，未来有望将其远程医疗拓展到跨境远程医疗服务中。
除Integrity Healthcare外，武藤真祐还创办了CHCP、祐Home Clinic等公司，前者主要运营医院及药店，后者则将IT技术应用于家庭医疗，公司已经基于机器人和传感器技术，开发出家庭医疗支援系统，实现患者看护和家庭医疗团队的信息化对接。
对于MORE Health爱医传递而言，通过此次同Integrity Healthcare设立合资公司，在其深耕美国市场的同时，能够进一步拓展业务范围，将其以往在赴美跨境医疗服务中的关于第二诊疗意见、转诊服务上积累的成熟经验，复制到日本市场中去。而Integrity Healthcare已经在远程医疗服务、医院运营、医生合作上积累了大量经验，树立了口碑，能够加快落地步伐。
武藤真祐在谈到未来合资公司的战略规划时表示，接下来合资公司将会连接更多日本国内优秀的医疗机构及医生资源，加强中国消费者对于日本医疗的认知。
而Integrity Healthcare也将通过合资公司，在中国国内推广其在日本疾病管理方面的成果。“患者术后可以通过便携式设备，提交身体的各项数据，未来我们设想让患者在回到中国时，继续使用，以达到随访的目的。”

NantWorks Acquires Majority Interest in Verity Health's Management Company Committing to Invest in Hospital System’s Continued Revitalization
LOS ANGELES--( BUSINESS WIRE )--Stating that, “Nothing is more critical than ensuring that hospitals      have the ability to treat patients with the utmost care and state of the      art science,” Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong today announced that NantWorks,      LLC, has acquired a majority stake in Integrity Healthcare, LLC, Verity      Health System’s management company, creating a unique opportunity for      collaboration to make Verity Health a leader in innovative healthcare      delivery, including personalized patient-centered healthcare solutions      for every individual. Since its creation in December 2015, Verity Health System has worked to      revitalize its hospitals in Northern and Southern California and ensure      financial sustainability in order to care for patients for generations      to come – including the underserved. As a part of the transaction between Integrity and NantWorks,      BlueMountain Capital Management, LLC, is making additional funding      available to continue Verity’s revitalization initiatives. The commitment was key to a      transaction approved by former California Attorney General Kamala Harris      and completed in December 2015. In Verity Health’s first 12 months, comparing December 2015 data to      December 2016, indicators of success include: a 7 percent increase in      net patient revenue; a 1.3 percent increase in patient admissions;      and, a 6.9 percent increase in inpatient surgeries. Los Angeles-based NantWorks , the umbrella company managing the investments of billionaire Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong, said on Wednesday that it has acquired the majority stake in Integrity Healthcare, which manages the Verity Health System. Verify Health Systems is a nonprofit, healthcare system which owns such hospitals as St. Francis Medical Center in Lynwood and St. Vincent Medical Center in Los Angeles, plus O'Connor Hospital in San Jose, St. Louise Regional Hospital in Gilroy, Seton Medical Center in Daly City and Seton Coastside in Moss Beach. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Integrity Healthcare was previously owned by Blue Mountain, which will maintain a minority interest in Integrity. Verity Health has more than 6,000 staff in California, and 1,650 inpatient beds, plus six emergency rooms and a trauma center.

NantWorks, the parent organization for health technology and biotech companies founded by Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong, announced on Wednesday it has acquired a majority stake in Verity Health System's management company Integrity Healthcare. Soon-Shiong will join Verity’s board of directors. Verity operates six California hospitals that have historically focused on care delivery services to low-income patients. NantWorks and Blue Mountain, the former majority owner of Integrity Healthcare, have committed to invest in Verity’s ongoing revitalization efforts and turn around the hospitals' financial struggles . Although Soon-Shiong is no stranger to the healthcare business, this latest move is the billionaire physician's first business venture in care delivery services, Los Angeles Times reported . Soon-Shiong's first venture in the hospital business could give his healthcare business ventures the ability to test out their ideas in a care delivery setting. Soon-Shiong, a physician who made it big by founding biotech firms that would later be sold to pharma companies for billions of dollars, comes to the deal with controversy attached to his name after facing scrutiny over reportedly overblown medical claims about NantHealth 's cancer moonshot initiatives as well as allegations of steering his charitable donations back to his business ventures . NantHealth  denies both claims . NantWorks houses an ecosystem of companies from NantHealth to NantBioScience and NantPharma, all committed to innovation in their respective spaces. Although the master plan for NantWorks' entry into care delivery services is still undefined, the deal could provide a testing ground of sorts for its technologies. Many providers pilot tools with third-party vendors on a trial basis to understand their potential for their system before purchasing a product at its full ticket price. In NantWorks' case, an aligned interest for both the provider and the healthcare company's top management could help smooth testing and operations as well as provide an end-goal vision for both parties. Jim Pieri, portfolio manager at BlueMountain and a member of Verity’s board of directors, stated the partnership "marks an exciting opportunity for our health system to gain strategic access to next generation technologies and to accelerate the pursuit of more differentiated delivery strategies." The system will likely welcome the investments. In 2015, the California hospitals were almost ready to throw in the towel. Then-California Attorney General Kamala Harris allowed Integrity Healthcare to purchase the system from Daughters of Charity Health System as long as it committed $260 million in capital to the revitalization of Verity Health System. Net patient revenue increased 7%, patient admissions grew 1.3% and inpatient surgeries rose 6.9% in the first 12 months since the investments were made. Verity is looking to build on that momentum with the investment of diagnostic and imaging services and stem cell therapy, according to Jack Krouskup, chairman of the Verity Health System Board of Directors. The collaboration will expand the health system's oncology, cardiac, orthopedic, neurology, urology, transplant and pediatric services. Such technology investments can be good promotion for hospitals looking to show patients that they are receiving care at the forefront of innovation. If Verity can gain market share and improve its financials while NantWorks is able to test tools that can be scaled and sold down the line to other providers, this could be a win-win deal for both parties.
