The logistics startup, which handles over 35,000 deliveries everyday through its more than 5,000 delivery executives in 11 cities, has not experienced any major red flag incidents so far. "At the most, address or name verification has not matched, but we have not really seen any criminal issues crop up yet," said Aneek Mukherjee, director of Roadrunnr. According to Nikhil Mulchandani, founder of InstaVeritas, a startup that does the background verification of blue-collar workers for over 50 companies, their tech integrated system alerts them about what action needs to be taken in case of a red flag. "As the services aggregation industry evolves, developing a watertight screening framework is essential for any company whose employees are interacting directly with end customers," said Mulchandani.
