At the moment, the platform has already had more than 15000 bloggers all over Indonesia. As one of biggest blogger platforms in Indonesia, IdblogNetwork’s CEO Chandra Tjan added that investor’s strategic funding is not only perceived in financial term, but also in strategic as well. “We are pretty sure that this strategic investment will provide countless additional points for IdblogNetwork to move forward into becoming the largest blogger platform in Southeast Asia,” he stated in his press release. eMarketer once predicted that the digital ads market in Indonesia will rise, from US$ 420 million in 2014 to US$ 720 million this year. It may even reach a fantastic milestone of US$ 1,9 billion in 2017. The growth of ads market in Indonesia is stimulated by the raise of middle class society, as well as the competition of Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies in shaping their brands.
