iCarol provides a web-based software for contact centers of all kinds, including suicide prevention and crisis helplines, 2-1-1 and information and referral centers, aging/AAA/ADRC, befriending/warmline/listening services, LGBTQIA centers, organizations serving survivors of intimate partner or sexual violence, crime victim services, and many others. The software is a commercially available, subscription-based, helpline software management system that automates all of the processes associated with managing service delivery and service administration. On March 12, 2018, iCarol was acquired by Harris Computer Systems. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
