Kenshoo Social: Kenshoo Social has hired Peter O’Sullivan as VP of sales. Formerly he led sales, account management, marketing and research teams at Twelvefold Media. Xaxis: Damien Healy joins Xaxis as director of technology and product for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Healy previously developed data and technology strategies at Havas agencies. TubeMogul: Phu Truong joins TubeMogul’s Singapore team as part of the company’s expansion into Southeast Asia. Truong previously served as VP of commercial and operations at BBC.com and as director of international advertising sales at the Wall Street Journal.
