EP UK Investments Ltd. executed the acquisition of Humbly Grove Energy Limited, Petronas’ wholly owned subsidiary. PETRONAS is Malaysia’s integrated petroleum corporation. Humbly Grove Energy Limited owns and operates an underground gas storage facility in the UK. EPUKI is a 100% owned subsidiary of Energetický a prumyslový holding, a.s. (EPH). With this acquisition, the EPH group adds further to its portfolio of underground gas storage facilities, which it currently owns in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Germany. The Dentons team was led by UK Energy partner Humphrey Douglas (Picture) and supported by Energy senior associate Daniel Saville and associate Michael Walton, Tax partner James Meakin, Real Estate partner Alex Coulter and associate Hannah Cockayne, and Environment and Safety partner Helen Bowdren, consultant Sam Boileau and associate Amy Morin.
