BrandProject final closes $54M BrandProject Capital Fund

On: CPE News (3/10/2021) – BrandProject LP has held final close for BrandProject Capital Fund LP with CDN $54 million in total capital commitments. Limited Partner (LP) investors in the fund were not disclosed. BrandProject said the fund received strong support from a broad base of investors, including entrepreneurs and leaders in the consumer product and technology areas. BDC Capital was anchor investor in BrandProject first fund. BrandProject held an initial close in 2019. Hollister Associates LLC acted as placement agent. Led by founder Andrew Black, BrandProject invests in and supports “exceptional early-stage founders today, as they build, launch and scale the iconic consumer brands of tomorrow.” BrandProject Capital Fund completed six portfolio investments in 2020: Gainful, Felix, Our Place, Clutch, Atolla, and Peachy.
