The transaction includesacquisition of HireWorks' recruitment solution and its customerbase, enabling Ultimate Software to integrate HireWorks' Internetcapabilities into UltiPro Workforce Management and to broaden UltimateSoftware's market. Much of the integration work has been done, andfull integration will be complete by August of this year with thedelivery of UltiPro Workforce Management 7.0.
