The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are set to visit the small Scottish town where they met and fell in love with each other. Kate and William will spend a week in the said town,  Page Six  said in a report. The royal couple is also said to pay their alma mater, the University of St. Andrews, a visit. Fans of the Cambridge couple know that they first met at the said academic institution 20 years ago while they were both studying art history, although the prince eventually shifted to geography. According to Kensington Palace, they will talk to some students about how they have coped amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Prince William will kick off his seven-day visit this Friday. The eldest son of Prince Charles and late Princess Diana is traveling to Scotland in his role as lord high commissioner to the General Assembly of the Church of Scotland. His wife, Kate, will join him on Monday until the end of the tour. In March 2020, Kate and William visited Ireland at the request of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. While there, the royal couple met with President Michael D. Higgins and Taoiseach Leo Varadkar. They also graced a reception at the Guinness Storehouse and visited mental health centers for the youth. Interestingly, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge made the Scotland tour announcement on the third wedding anniversary of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry. It even fell on the same day Princess Beatrice revealed that she is pregnant with her first child with Edoardo Mapelli-Mozzi. Meanwhile, Kate looked regal in a red Alessandra Rich collar dress during the reopening of the V&A Museum after the COVID-19 closure. The Duchess completed her look with a pair of black suede shoes by Jennifer Chamandi and a black-colored face mask. The mom of three toured around the Raphael Court, where the Raphael Cartoons have been displayed since 1865. While in the gallery, Kate did not miss speaking with some of the staff members about their experiences during the COVID-19 lockdowns.
