The T1276 produces a CMOS or Sinewave output and can be screened to MIL-PRF-55310 Level B or S standards. It requires a power supply of 3.3 or 5.0 VDC. A wide temperature operating range of -55°C to +125°C and excellent performance in high shock and vibration environments make the T1276 well-suited to a variety of applications including high orbit transponders, LEO (low Earth orbit) nano/micro satellites , RF telemetry systems, multiband terminals and upconverters .
