Greenray Introduces New 2.5 to 120 MHz TCXO Series for LEO Satellites and RF Telemetry Systems

Jul 7, 2022 July 7, 2022  |  Editorial Team Greenray Industries has introduced the new T1276 TCXO (temperature-controlled clock oscillator) that operates from 2.5 to 120 MHz and is available in a rugged, radiation-tolerant (200 krad (Si) TID) hermetic package with ultra-low acceleration sensitivity of <0.07 ppb/g. The T1276 produces a CMOS or Sinewave output and can be screened to MIL-PRF-55310 Level B or S standards. It requires a power supply of 3.3 or 5.0 VDC. A wide temperature operating range of -55°C to +125°C and excellent performance in high shock and vibration environments make the T1276 well-suited to a variety of applications including high orbit transponders, LEO (low Earth orbit) nano/micro satellites , RF telemetry systems, multiband terminals and upconverters .
