Hub International Acquires Assets of GNW – Evergreen Insurance Services January 06, 2014 10:24 AM Eastern Standard Time CHICAGO--( BUSINESS WIRE )-- Hub International Limited (Hub), a leading global insurance brokerage, announced today that its subsidiary Hub International Insurance Services, California Operations, (Hub California) has acquired the assets of GNW-Evergreen Insurance Services, Inc. (GNW-Evergreen), a Los Angeles, California-based full-service insurance brokerage firm. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The GNW-Evergreen operations will form a new Hub office in Encino, California and Nashville, Tennessee. In connection with this acquisition, Andrew Forchelli, President & COO, will be joining Hub California as Senior Executive Vice President, reporting to Kirk Christ, President, Hub California. Additionally, Paul S. Meshekow, Jeffrey Newman, Robert DiPaolo and Karen D. Oxman and Mike Newman, will all join Hub California as Executive Vice Presidents.
