GXT offers a wide range of NDT services across all stages of the oil and gas infrastructure life cycle from construction to operation and maintenance to decommissioning. NDT services are vital in helping prevent loss of productivity through unplanned shutdowns which may occur if materials, products or equipment fail to achieve projected life span or their design requirements. These services comprise of radiography and visual inspection; ultrasonics, mechanical integrity analysis and weld stress relief heat treatment. The majority of the services offered by GXT are performed within fabrication yards for oil and gas equipment that are bound for new infrastructure or platform upgrades.
