December 01, 2023 at 05:16 am EST Share Free2move, the new technologies subsidiary of Stellantis, announced on Friday that it had acquired Kuantic, a fast-growing fleet management company. The mobility solutions specialist explained that this acquisition will enable it to strengthen its capabilities aimed at business customers, with 'first-rate' connectivity services. Founded in 2003, Kuantic was previously owned by French automotive supplier Valeo. "Our ambition goes beyond offering a single service; we aim to provide a complete range of mobility options", explained Free2move's Managing Director Brigitte Courtehoux. The Stellantis subsidiary has set itself the target of reaching 15 million active users worldwide and 2.8 billion euros in revenues by 2030, as part of its parent company's 'Dare Forward 2030' strategy.
