Debut guests include Chief Learning Officer of Novartis, Simon Brown, executive coach and keynote speaker, Michael Stallard, and futurist Ravin Jesuthasan. Future guests include renowned consultants, diversity, equity, and inclusion leaders, instructional design experts, HR executives, and learning scientists. Tyler Lay, getAbstract’s social media and influencer marketing manager, hosts the show. Prior to getAbstract, Tyler served as Content Coordinator of MentorBox, where he hosted the MentorBox podcast and produced video courses with global business leaders. As a partner to dozens of Fortune 100 companies, getAbstract has seen firsthand the internal post-pandemic struggles faced by global organizations.
