0 Message : *Required fields On 8 July 2020, Georgia Capital PLC (GCAP) announced that all of the conditions of its recommended final share exchange offer for Georgia Healthcare Group PLC (GHG) (the Offer) had been satisfied or waived and, accordingly, the Offer was declared unconditional in all respects and gave notice that cancellation of (i) the listing of the GHG Shares on the premium listing segment of the Official List, and (ii) their admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities, will take effect no earlier than 8.00 a.m. (London time) on 5 August 2020 (the Announcement). In accordance with the Announcement, GHG confirms that, following an application by GCAP, the Financial Conduct Authority has cancelled the listing of GHG Shares on the premium listing segment of the Official List and the London Stock Exchange has cancelled the trading of GHG Shares on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities, in each case with effect from 8.00 a.m. (London time) today, 5 August 2020. Terms defined in the Offer Document dated 11 June 2020 have the same meaning in this announcement.
