Prior to joining Masthead, Mr. Flatley was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse First Boston and Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette where he was global head of a group investing in and financing satellite and telecommunications companies. Previously, he was a principal in a mid-market buyout and M&A advisory firm.
