Ralph Scozzafava , the former CEO of Clayton-based Furniture Brands International , has sold his Ladue home for nearly $2 million. The executive, who will lead Dallas-based Dean Foods (NYSE: DF) beginning in 2017, sold his five-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bathroom, 6,923-square-foot home on Dromara Road in Ladue for $1.95 million to St. Louis Children’s Hospital pediatric orthopedic surgeon Matthew B. Dobbs . Ralph Scozzafava sold this Ladue home on Dromara Road for $1.95 million. The home, according to St. Louis County records, has an appraised value of $2.14 million. Scozzafava resigned as chairman and CEO of Furniture Brands International after a group led by KPS Capital Partners bought its assets out of bankruptcy in 2013. Furniture Brands was renamed Heritage Home after the deal and the Clayton corporate office and Ballwin satellite office were relocated to North Carolina in April 2014.
