Encore Consumer Capital Announces Sale of FreshKO Produce Services to C&S Wholesale Grocery San Francisco, California, December 16, 2015–Encore Consumer Capital, a private equity firm that invests exclusively in leading consumer products companies, has completed the sale of its portfolio company, FreshKO Produce Services Inc., a distributor of high-quality fresh produce throughout Central and Northern California, to C&S Wholesale Grocers, the largest wholesale grocery supply company in the United States.
