(“Foundation 9”) on the sale of Sumo Digital Ltd (“Sumo Digital”) to management backed by NorthEdge Capital LLP (“NorthEdge”) and the sale of Pipeworks, Inc. (“Pipeworks”) to Digital Bros S.P.A (“Digital Bros”).
