Jan 03, 2006 Jan 3 (Reuters) - LKQ Corp. on Tuesday said it has acquired Fit-Rite Body Parts and its affiliated companies for about $37 million in cash, notes and certain assumed liabilities. In a statement, LKQ said it would make up to an additional $9 million of contingent payments based on the achievement of certain financial results of its aftermarket business over the next 30 months.
