Feb. 23, 2023 9:53 AM ET FSS By: Ahmed Farhath , SA News Editor Federal Signal ( FSS ) on Thursday said it would acquire all the assets and operations of Trackless Vehicles Limited for C$54 million (about US$40 million). The deal also includes a contingent earn-out payment of up to C$6 million. Trackless manufactures the MT Series 7 tractor which uses, among other things, snow and ice attachments, including de-icing solutions, plows, and snowblowers that can be used during winter. The deal also includes Work Equipment Limited operations, the exclusive Trackless dealer in Southwestern and Northern Ontario, Canada. The company anticipates completing the transaction over the next 90 days, and expects the acquisition to be accretive in 2023.
