Walder Wyss advises Farmy on crowdfunding financing round 25 November 2022 – Walder Wyss has advised Farmy AG, a leading Swiss e-commerce startup, on a crowdfunding campaign in the amount of CHF 4.3 million. As part of the financing round round, convertible loans in the amount of CHF 2 million from existing and new investors have been converted. The new funds shall be used to secure the further growth of Farmy. Walder Wyss advised Farmy on this transaction.
