Expat Plugged is a social network similar to Facebook but designed for Expats. Expat Plugged will help our users connect without barriers to people of the same nationality.Our users will comprise of mostly expats and people studying abroad in foreign countries. "As a U.S. Citizen in Beijing I had a hard time connecting with local expats. I found it hard to adjust to a new culture knowing no one. I wanted to branch out and meet like-minded people in a foreign country. Expat Plugged plugged me into a vast network of expats from my country. We are now able to host events, get togethers, and a much more enriching expat experience.
