EPiServer Research and Development Ltd. has operated as a fully dedicated contractor for EPiServer for seven years, providing support for software quality assurance (SQA) and development for EPiServer's core products, and third party add-on solution certification program. Now, as a wholly owned subsidiary, EPiServer's Hanoi location will expand to provide service desk support to APAC as well as additional support activities to meet new and emerging customer needs. Research and Development efforts will largely focus on EPiServer's ultra-agile Digital Experience Cloud™ platform, designed to support digital experience delivery requirements and customer engagement innovation. EPiServer is continuously investing in R&D initiatives to drive these initiatives and the company's three R&D hubs – Stockholm, Nashua, and now Hanoi – enable the company to provide focused development and support on a 24/7/365 basis.
