Founded in 1956, Foxx Equipment, a partially ESOP-owned (employee stock ownership plan) company, is a distributor of beverage dispensing equipment operating from its headquarters in Kansas City, Mo. with a second location in Denver, Colo. Foxx Equipment’s products are designed for beer, soda, wine, liquor, coffee and tea to a customer base ranging from craft breweries to bottlers, restaurants and wineries. The company also designs custom beverage equipment such as panels, metal sheet towers and drain trays. Prairie Capital acted as financial advisor to Foxx Equipment in this transaction.
