Providence-backed EverCommerce acquires EMHware © 2018 by EverCommerce EverCommerce has acquired EMHware, a Belleville, Ontario-based provider of agency management software solutions for social, addictions and mental health services. Terms weren’t disclosed. The deal was announced by Canadian technology M&A advisory firm Tequity Inc, which advised EMHware. The acquisition will provide EverCommerce, a Denver, Colorado-based service commerce platform, with additional growth opportunities in the agency and case management markets in North America. EverCommerce is a portfolio company of U.S. private equity firm Providence Equity Partners.
