Founded in 2001, our firm advises clients across the United States and Canada in virtually all industries, typically working with companies ranging in enterprise value from $25 million to $500 million. Our main focus is on the sale of privately held companies backed by entrepreneurs, families or private equity groups, as well as divisions of larger corporations. We also have extensive experience advising on growth capital raises, recapitalization transactions and buy-side acquisitions. In June 2013, Edgeview Partners was acquired by Piper Jaffray.
