Today, by responding to only a handful of communications from marketers each month, a participant can earn enough EcoUnit credits to offset their carbon footprint 100%. So not only are users contributing to a better world by helping companies design more eco-friendly products, users literally generate carbon offsets each time users respond. The company welcome all comers! Marketers need to understand the interests and motivations of all people-from "extreme greens" to the emerging "light green" masses. Depending on their stage of development and the products or services that they are developing, a marketer may derive the most benefit from receiving feedback from a specific segment of the EcoUnit community.
