Dynamic E Flow: „Wir holen die doppelte Leistung aus E-Motoren“ Eine halbe Minute mit Investor Florian Heinemann im Fahrstuhl: Wie lautet euer Elevator Pitch? Wir haben eine Lösung entwickelt, mit der Elektromotoren doppelt so viel leisten, ohne dass sich ihre Größe verändert. Hierfür verwenden wir hohle Kupferdrähte für die Spule, durch die wir Kühlflüssigkeit leiten. So überhitzt der Motor selbst bei hoher Leistung nicht. Das ist etwa bei Flugtaxis, Industriemaschinen, aber auch bei E-Bussen und E-Lastwagen wichtig. Wie seid ihr auf die Idee gekommen? Wir hatten uns gemeinsam ein E-Auto ausgeliehen. Als wir mehrmals andere Wagen überholt haben und einen Berg rauf gefahren sind, wurde der Motor wegen Überhitzung abgeregelt. Also haben wir überlegt, ob wir das irgendwie verhindern können. Und wie verdient ihr damit Geld? Wir verkaufen schon heute einzelne E-Motoren an Nischenanbieter und unterhalten Entwicklungskooperationen mit Autobauern und Luftfahrtunternehmen. In Zukunft wollen wir die Motoren dann gemeinsam mit diesen Partnern herstellen. So behalten wir die Kontrolle über das Produkt. Eure Kultur ist: b) nerdig wie bei Google c) gnadenlos wie bei Uber d) …Wir spielen schon mal auf dem Parkplatz Volleyball, arbeiten aber auch extrem hart, um eine hohe Produktqualität zu erreichen und so in der Industrie bestehen zu können. Wie sieht es mit Vielfalt in eurem Unternehmen aus? Unsere Leute kommen aus Frankreich, Irak, Indien, Tschechien, Rumänien, Österreich. Die Motivation bei Menschen aus anderen Kulturen ist oft einfach größer, hier was zu erreichen. Wir planen aber auch, mehr Frauen und Deutsche einzustellen. Was war euer größter Rückschlag? Wir hatten vor zwei Jahren eine Revolte im Team. Da mussten wir uns von einem Drittel der Mitarbeiter trennen. Wo steht ihr in fünf Jahren?
