DarkVision develops downhole imaging technologies for oil and gas wells. The tools provide detailed, sub-millimetric imagery and 3D models of wells, flow profiles, completions and wellbore formations. On May 19, 2020, Koch Engineered Solutions acquired a majority stake in DarkVision Technologies. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
