DarkVision develops downhole imaging technologies for oil and gas wells. The tools provide detailed, sub-millimetric imagery and 3D models of wells, flow profiles, completions and wellbore formations. This allows operators to maximize well production, minimize intervention costs and reduce the environmental footprint of unconventional oil and gas development. On May 19, 2020, Koch Engineered Solutions acquired a majority stake in DarkVision Technologies. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
