Job overview: Paysafe is currently looking for a QA Developer to join our Income Access team. The success of Income Access is based on adding value to our partners by demonstrating an appreciation of the relationship between identifying needs and providing solutions. We develop impactful digital marketing solutions by bringing together experts in affiliate marketing, social media marketing, web development, graphic design and copywriting. This position represents a maternity leave replacement for a period of eighteen (18) months. As the ideal candidate, you will bring at least two (2) years of solid experience in software testing, test automation and documentation for systems testing, integration testing, maintenance testing and testing of various client/server, cloud and web applications; you will have a good understanding of programming technologies (Java, JavaScript, ASP Classic, .NET) and a great experience of technologies allowing the deployment and validation of code. Responsibilities: Design test plans, automate test cases using Cypress and present test strategies for team review. Submit and verify defects (Blackbox/Whitebox) for each release cycle. Test endpoints of APIs and microservices using Postman or similar tools. Test database interactions at end-user and backend level. Ensure effective communication of project and test status to test teams. development, end users or stakeholders. Work with the team to contribute to the evolution of our QA processes and tools. Liaise with product management, engineering, DevOps and other teams as needed Work with Product Management team to assist with requirements gathering and documentationFollow Agile/Scrum methodology Qualifications: At least two (2) years of QA and software testing Good troubleshooting skills A thorough understanding of coding structures and best practices Substantial experience creating/updating/reviewing/running manual testing and automated testing. University degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent background Experience with Postman for API testing. Experience with Git, GitLab. Self-taught and not afraid to adopt the latest technologies. Committed in a process of continuous growth through learning. Desirable technical skills Experience with test automation tools such as Cypress and Selenium. Experience with cloud technologies: AWS, Azure, etc. Experience working with Linux (using command line, simple shell scripting). Familiarity or advanced proficiency with classic ASP and ASP.NET.
