April 25, 2019 Mosaic Capital Partners, LLC (“Mosaic”) announced today the ESOP acquisition of Custom Profile Holdings, Inc. (“Custom Profile”, or the “Company”), a designer and manufacturer of premium, plastic profile extruded products for a variety of end markets.
