Brad Boehler

Brad Boehler is a veteran leader in the manufacturing, construction and safety industries. As a Professional Engineer, he has held a variety of influential positions with major manufacturers and global industry associations, including 8 years as president of Skyjack, an organization he grew into a major global supplier. He has been the President of the International Powered Access Federation (IPAF) and sat on the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) CE Sector Board. Brad currently serves a Board Member of Custom Equipment, a leading designer and manufacturer of low-level access lifts and as a Board Advisor for Vita Inclinata, a technology company that controls the movement of slung loads from helicopters and cranes.

Ethan Allen is a dynamic leader with a passion for business strategy, account development, negotiations, financial analysis, team building, and operational improvement. Prior to co-founding Navigant Oak LLC, Ethan served as an Executive Director with Cummins Bridgeway, LLC (CBL). At CBL, he lead 3 operations within Ohio. While growing the sales and operations teams, revenues increased in each of the 3 regions. His success was founded in safety, sustainable growth, employee development, community service, customer support, and financial returns. Prior to joining CBL, Ethan earned his M.B.A. from The Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, Bloomington (KSB). While at KSB, he complemented his finance background with dual majors of marketing and corporate innovation. He garnered the vote of his peers to become the president of the Graduate Entrepreneurs Club. Ethan also honed his speaking ability while attending Toastmasters. His proudest accomplishment while at graduate school was not related to his studies at all, it was the birth of his first daughter, Isabel. Before attending graduate school, Ethan focused on the credit side of finance as a middle market commercial loan officer for Comerica Bank. There he learned how to analyze financial statements, company growth strategies, and creditworthiness of borrowers. At Comerica he developed a strength in analyzing a mix of industry sectors for a $400 million middle market loan group portfolio. Prior to joining Comerica Bank, Ethan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Hillsdale College. He is married to his wonderful wife Sarah. He and Sarah have two beautiful daughters, Isabel and Elina.
