Michael Barbella, Managing Editor10.24.22 SABIC has forged a distribution deal with Conventus Polymers LLC to dispense high-performance engineering thermoplastics in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Conventus Polymers will provide SABIC customers with products from SABIC’s Specialties business, including ULTEM resins and LNP compounds, and related services such as application development and customer support. The new distribution partner, based in Parsippany, N.J., offers highly technical expertise and strong relationships with key OEMs in water management, energy, electrical and electronics, healthcare and other important industries. “Welcoming Conventus Polymers to the SABIC team demonstrates our ongoing commitment to expanding our ability to deliver high-performance solutions and an outstanding customer experience to Specialties customers in North America,” said Darpan Parikh, director, Customer Fulfillment, SABIC. “Conventus Polymers combines a deep understanding of our portfolio with experience in addressing diverse customer challenges using the latest resin technologies.
