ConfirmaTudo means in English, “Confirm Everything” and delivers in the simplest way: traceability, validation of information and process, all in real-time for service companies or companies that have large service chains. ConfirmaTudo solves the operational problem where the company cannot locate their external team or the outsourced and neither know what they are doing. The project is based on mobile app (Android) for the external team /outsourced and a web platform for the management, tracking and reports. The solution is flexible and simple, attending the following markets: Energy, Oil & Gas, Maintenance, Facilities, Real State, Logistics. Currently the project is running as a pilot in a maintenance company that attends the bigger shopping malls in São Paulo. Now they can find their teams, know what they are doing in real-time and saving huge money and time. The monetization is through initial setup and monthly fee per mobile app user with 1-year minimum contract.
