Grants available for small businesses affected by Marshall Fire

PUBLISHED: | UPDATED: April 3, 2023 at 11:03 a.m. Small businesses that were affected by the Marshall Fire and wind event can apply for a grant. Boulder County and the state of Colorado are working with the Colorado Enterprise Fund to provide $1 million in grants through a one-time competitive program. The maximum grant amount for a single business in $20,000. Small businesses must apply by 5 p.m. April 28 on the Colorado Enterprise Fund website. Grant recipients will be announced the week of May 22, and grants will be distributed the week of May 29. The grants are intended to help small businesses affected by the fire by providing support towards the retention or creation of low- and middle-income jobs in the affected area.
