Headquartered in Sywell, Northamptonshire, Collingwood was founded in 1901. Collingwood’s management team, led by Steve Grao, CEO, will retain a significant stake in the company. Ambienta’s partnership with Collingwood will enable the management team to pursue a combination of organic and inorganic growth initiatives with the strategic vision to create a pan-European market leader within LED luminaires. Steve Grao, CEO of Collingwood, said: “I am proud of what Collingwood has achieved so far and I look forward to accelerating growth by taking advantage of the many growth drivers I see on the market, including acquisitions.
