Public sector solutions expert Coactiva has grown from strength to strength since its acquisition in 2014 by Callcredit Information Group and continues its success with seven new key appointments. A trusted partner to many public sector organisations, Coactiva has strengthened its team of specialists, by bringing in more experts from both local and central government departments, to further help develop its current local and central government propositions as well as enter into new markets. The new appointments include*; Victoria Jackson, Local Authority Account Manager responsible for the ThreeSixty Hub; Tiffany Thackwray, Consultant who will deliver performance improvement and project management consultancy, Senior Business Development Managers - Andy Ward, responsible for the Blue Light sector; Oliver Abbot, responsible for local authority clients in the North of England; Tony Holness, responsible for targeting central government new business; Jayne Colbert, responsible for local authority clients in London and Kevin Gilhooly who will be responsible for the Social and Affordable Housing sector. Notes to editors *Full biographies Victoria Jackson - Local Authority Account Manager. Victoria is an experienced Investigator who previously worked at Wokingham Borough Council leading the Counter Fraud Investigations, Insurance and Risk team where she introduced a risk based approach to counter fraud in response to Welfare Reform. As Local Authority Account Manager Victoria will be responsible for the ThreeSixty Hub which will entail working with you on how you can get the most out of the solution. This will include coordinating Member Days as well as working group and individual consultation meetings. Oliver Abbott - Senior Business Development Manager Oliver joins Coactiva after 14 years with Experian where he supported both their public sector and financial services business. Oliver brings expertise of delivering credit services, business information, marketing and software solutions into both of these markets. He will be responsible for working with Coactiva's local authority clients in the north of England. Tony Holness - Senior Business Development Manager Tony has spent over 20 years in sales in the Public and Finance sectors, his most recent posts were at JP Morgan as Head of Public sector sales (Treasury Services), and allpay Limited as Regional Sales Manager for London and the Southeast. His roll at Coactiva is as a Senior Business Development Manager targeting Central Government new business sales. Tony brings experience of fraud analytics, payment and cash management solutions and selling to the housing and central and local government sectors. Kevin Gilhooly - Senior Business Development Manager Kevin has worked in the public sector technology and software sectors for over 12 years. Kevin is responsible for Coactiva's Social and Affordable Housing propositions. He will be identifying how Coactiva's solutions will help registered social landlords (RSL) become more efficient and effective through better use of intelligent data and analytics. He will work with RSLs to ensure they are able to focus on their performance indicators to deliver a better experience for their customers and the communities they live in. Prior to Coactiva Kevin worked with Housing Partners Ltd for ten years where he held several roles including Director of Partnership Development, working with local authorities and RSLs delivering business intelligence and allocations solutions. He was responsible for launching HomeSwapper the national mutual exchange service which is now used by over 300,000 social housing tenants and the majority of RSLs and local authorities to help tenants find a new home. Andy Ward - Business Development Manager Andy is responsible for developing business within the Blue light sector, working with partners and developing existing solutions. Andy joins Coactiva after 12 years with Experian where he ran their Police and Public Safety business. Andrew brings experience of delivering several innovative solutions into this market place specialising in prevention, communications, investigations and intelligence. Tiffany Thackwray - Consultant With 10 years' experience in the Public sector Tiffany's particular areas of expertise is extensive in policy and practice relating to local authority services for children, young people and families, including social services and preventative services. Her role at Coactiva will be within Coactiva's consultancy team delivering performance improvement and project management consultancy for public sector organisations. Prior to Coactiva, she was a planning manager for Children's Social Services where she was responsible for commissioning services, contract monitoring, quality assurance and research, monitoring and evaluation of services. An integral part of Tiffany's role was partnership working and developing networks with statuary organisations such as health and education and the voluntary sector. Jayne Colbert - Senior Business Development Manager Jayne joins Coactiva after a total of 22 years with Experian where she supported public sector in both management and a new business role in London. Jayne brings experience in delivering credit services, business information, marketing and fraud identification. She will be responsible for working with Coactiva's local authorities in the London boroughs.
